1. Introduction

Welcome to AirJourneys. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AirJourneys mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.

If you are under 18 years old, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

3. Use of the App

• The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: reverse-engineering, copying, modifying, scraping, or exploiting any part of the App or its data.
• The statistics, insights, and visualizations provided by the App are for informational purposes only.

4. Accounts and Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the App and for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and account.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, all associated logbook data will be permanently removed, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, designs, logos, and trademarks within the App are the exclusive property of AirJourneys or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

• Data loss, including locally stored or synced flight data
• Incorrect statistics or visualizations
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App

You use the App entirely at your own risk.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania (European Union), regardless of your location.
